फार विचार पूर्वक टूर नियोजन आणि त्याची परिपूर्णता . उत्तमोत्तम हॉटेल्स चे वास्तव्य. sightseeing प्रोग्राम साठी छान गाड्यांची व्यवस्था केली होती. टूर ऑपरेटर यांनी स्वतः टुरिस्ट बरोबर राहून जेवण, राहण्याची प्रत्येक ठिकाणी सर्वांची काळजी घेतली. फोटोग्राफी, व्हिडिओ शूटिंग साठी मदत करत आबालवृद्धांना सतत उत्साही वातावरण कायम राहील अशी छान व्यवस्था केली. सुरुवातीपासून शेवटपर्यंत कायम ग्रुप सोबत राहून , वैविध्यपूर्ण टुरिस्ट असूनही ग्रुप एकत्र बांधून ठेवण्याची किमया साध्य केली. त्यामुळे शेवटी निरोप घेताना पुढील टूर पण ट्रावेल्सबर्ग होलिडेज बरोबरच असा निर्णय सर्वांनी घेतला.
